Although most packages arrive within the estimated delivery window, extended shipping times that delay the actual arrival may occur due to seasonality, extreme holiday volume, staffing, or other unforeseen circumstances within the shipping company. By choosing to ship an order you assume the responsibility for the items once they leave our shop, we have no control over any package once it's handed off to the shipper. We guarantee that our baked goods are freshly made with only the highest quality ingredients and we pack our shipping boxes with the utmost care. But we understand that things happen and we want to give you the best experience possible. If you are not satisfied with your goodies or you have received your order in an unacceptable or damaged condition, please call us at 207 204-0338 or contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. If we are at fault (the product was made incorrectly or the wrong product was shipped) we will offer a full refund for that item or ship a replacement of equal value within 4 business days. We cannot offer a refund if you have already consumed or disposed of the product. We also reserve the right to request pictures or a return of the unwanted product.
Food prepared in our bakery may contain (and has been manufactured on the same equipment as products that contain) milk and dairy products, eggs, wheat, soy, sesame, peanuts, tree nuts such as almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts.
