In order to continue service to our community and protect our employees, we will be minimizing our store operations and offering curb side and takeout options.
Insulated shipping with cooling pack is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED when shipping in the Summer months or to regions with a sustained ambient temperature above 78 degrees. We also suggest picking up chocolate products in the store or waiting until cooler weather before ordering if at all possible. Please be advised, if you decide to ship chocolate products to extremely hot regions then you will probably receive a box of chocolate soup (tasty, but very messy).
AS WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER PACKAGES AFTER THEY LEAVE OUR FACILITY, AUNTIE’S HOUSE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING METHODS SELECTED.
