Refund policy
We guarantee that our baked goods are freshly made with only the highest quality ingredients and we pack our shipping boxes with the utmost care. But we understand that things happen and we want give you the best experience possible. If you are not satisfied with your goodies or you have received your order in an unacceptable or damaged condition, please call us at 207 204-0338 or contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your order. If we are at fault (i.e. the product was made incorrectly or the wrong product was shipped) we will offer a full refund or ship a replacement of equal value. We cannot offer a refund if you have already consumed or disposed of the product. We also reserve the right to request pictures or a return of the unwanted product.  Â
We are not able to offer refunds in cases where the product was baked and/or decorated correctly, but the flavor or texture didn't meet a personal preference. Most people love our flavors, but it's impossible to predict everyone's particular taste preferences. If something has gone wrong, please let us know right away! For non-food items, we allow returns within 30 days of order receipt as long as all tags and packaging are intact. Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
